SELECT A YEAR TO VIEW MORE:
We began working on our first hardback books, Best of How to Haunt Your House, Volume One & Two, with Schiffer Publishing at the end of 2019 and into 2020. At the time we didn't have a new family portrait to use for the books. This of course meant we needed a new set of family costumes!....so in a frantic sprint out came the scissors, paint, of cheesecloth to whip up some frightful Mitchell Family costumes! We loved the Grave-tastic results!

Just a small display this year as we emerge from our long hybernation... plus, our new neighbors went all out Halloween decorating and it felt like a challenge had been issued. Mitchell Family excepted the challenge and created "Dancing Skeletons in the cemetery".
This year was Alice in Wonderland. It started out a little too ambitious with the costumes. Why would a five year old want to wear a full fur costume? So at the last minute, a few switch ups, and Alice, the Mad Hatter One, Mad Hatter Two, along with the March Hare, all had their moments. Mom didn't get around to her costume, but she took the photos. The kids also went to a Trunk or Treat event and entered their costume contest. They ALL THREE won first place!
